Youth program

Fitness is for everyone of all age groups and we have a variety of children / young adults’ programs.

  • Youth will be led through a series of workouts to increase cardio health, strength, gross motor skills, and learn the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle. 
  • Youth will be given the opportunity to  explore the joy of movement while improving balance, coordination and motor skills.
  • Youth will be exposed to a variety of sports including, but not limited to, soccer, netball, cricket, rugby, basketball, tennis, and volleyball.
  • Youth will participate in social games and activities that incorporate gross motor skills, fine motor skills, appropriate play skills, and peer interaction.

Children will be exposed to a variety of sports & recreation games in order to encourage socialization & appropriate play with their peers while learning new skills. All ages are welcome to join in on the fun!
